Downloadable Products
Please note there are no refunds on downloadable products i.e. books, encyclopedia, recipes etc.

Our services and products are intended for adults over the age of eighteen (18) years. By utilizing the information provided and/or proceeding to purchase through our website, you acknowledge that you are over 18 years of age.

Our store and price list can be accessed from our home page and we reserve the right to amend our prices at any time. If you have placed an order, we undertake to fulfil your order at the price listed at the time you ordered.

Product & Services Descriptions
We strive to ensure that our products and services are described as accurately as possible on our website, however, we do not warrant that the description is always completely accurate. Where we become aware of any inaccurate description, we reserve the right to correct any error or omission once it becomes known. The photographs of the products might not present the products in their true form due to lighting; setting or other reasons. It is our intention to represent each product to the best of our ability. Whilst most images are photographs of real products, some images have been provided for illustrative purposes only and we do not guarantee that any image will reflect or portray the exact design or options relating to that product.

Product Order
We endeavour to ensure that our product list is current, however, we give no undertaking as to the guaranteed availability of any product advertised on our website. If a purchased product is unavailable, we reserve the right to notify you of its unavailability and provide you with a refund of same amount or credit towards another suitable product you may wish to purchase.

When you order from us, we require you to provide your name, address for delivery, your email address, telephone contact and credit card details. We undertake to take due care with this information, however, in providing us with such information, you accept that we are not liable for its misuse due to an error in transmission or virus or malware.

Shipping Time
If you choose Free Delivery service: we will use Registered Mail via National Post. We will prepare your order within 2 business days. Normal shipping times are: Europe 5-10 working days; Rest of the World 15-28 days. If there are any disruptions to the national post this time might be longer.
Once in the hands of postal service, we cannot expedite your shipping.

Registered mail service requires your signature to release your parcel. If you have entered an incorrect address or if you are away and the delivery attempts cannot be completed, the item will be sent back to us. This might take extra long time for you to receive your order. Second attempt to deliver your parcel will be at a cost to you.

If you wish to receive your order within 3-7 business days please add DHL Express Shipping.

Product Care
Crystals, Oils and some of our other products are fragile. Please take care of handling them. Treat your crystals as you would your fine jewellery.

Physical Properties
Pure Energy Healing Crystals are working crystals. They have been worked upon by Mark Bajerski -a Pure Energy Healer (unless otherwise specified). Therefore they might have slight markings as a sign of been handled and worked with.

Product Returns
Please note we do not normally exchange a product if you simply change your mind. Our team makes sure the product is as described and as in photos when shipped. Therefore if days, weeks or longer time passes since your receipt of the product and you claim it's faults we cannot accept the blame. Some of our products are delicate and should be handled with care. We undertake to reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in damaged condition or is different than what you ordered. To arrange a replacement, contact us through our designated ‘contact us’ section of our website or email info@thelemonhousecompany.com.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse your credit card for the amount initially debited for the purchase.
